Promalin
- Promalin® Plant Growth Regulator is a mixture of gibberellic acid 4 and 7 (GA4+7) and 6-benzyladenine (6-BA), plant growth regulators responsible for cell enlargement, elongation, and cell division. Promalin provides many benefits for apple growers, depending on when it is applied.
While 6-Benzyladenine is made by chemical synthesis, the gibberellins are produced by the process of fermentation, where a pure strain of the fungus Gibberella fujikorai is grown in an aseptic medium.
